Project "Support for Entrepreneurship for Innovation in the North-East Planning Region - a Key Element for the Development of the Knowledge Based Economy in Civil Society"

Project "Support for Entrepreneurship for Innovation in the North-East  Planning Region - a Key Element for the Development of the Knowledge Economy in Civil Society" under Contract No. CSDP 2005 - 043 with the Ministry of Finance is funded under Phare Programme.

It has a duration of 14 months - from 2007 to 2009, and has a budget of € 32,677.

Partners of the project are the Varna Tourist Chamber and the Bulgarian Maritime Chamber. Associated partners of the project are ICT Cluster - Bulgaria and GIS-Transfer Center.

The aim of the project is to establish a partnership with civil society structures in the process of technology development and the introduction of innovation.

The basis of the project is the responsibility to support effective interaction between local authorities, research organizations, intermediary organizations and enterprises to increase competitiveness by investing in an accomplished and highly productive society.
