EWA Progamme| ЕMPOWERING WOMEN IN AGRIFOOD 2021

RAPIV is collaborating organisation to the European Institute for Innovation and Technologies - EIT Food for the implementation of Empowering Women in Agrifood (EWA) 2021 for Bulgaria.

The main objective of the programme is to improve the entrepreneurial skills of women, willing to start their own business in the agrifood sector.

Within the pogramme, 10 motivated women from the agri-food sector will be included in a tailored training programme, through which they will have the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge for overcoming specific challenges in the agrifood sector.

The programme is running from April to November 2021.

CALL FOR INCLUDING WOMEN IN EWA 2021 Programme

European Institute for Innovation and Technology - EIT Food announces the start of Programme обявява Empowering Women in Agrifood 2021, aimed to improve the entrepreneurial skills of women, willing to start their own business in the agrifood sector.

Regional Agency for Entrepreneurship and Innovations - Varna (RAPIV), collaborating organisation of EIT Food for the implementation of the programme in Bulgaria, seeks 10 motivated women, who have interest in the Agrifood sector.

Within 5 months, they will be included in a tailored training programme, through which they will be able to acquire the skills and knowledge for overcoming specific challenges in the Agrifood sector. Opportunity to win 10 000 Euro to finance your business idea.

EWA Programme will be held in Bulgarian, mostly online and is based on:

- Mentoring;

- Training;

- Networking through the EWA Community.

Eligibility criteria:

- You are a woman, over 18 years old;

- You have a business idea/company in the agrifood sector and/or related activities;

- Your company is a start-up (less than 2 years after the registration date) and has received no more than 30 000 Euro public or private support until now;

- You can make a commitment to participate and regularly attend the programme events.

Participation in the training programme is free of charge!

Time period for participation: from July till November 2021 г.
