WOMEN IN BUSINESS partners gathered in Chisinau, Moldova on 27th November 2018 to observe and discuss Moldovian good practices in fostering young women entrepreneurship. Hosts of learning event is the project partners from Organization for SME Sector Development (ODIMM), notably Mr. Petru Gurgurov and Ms.Silvia Cangea.

During the event project partners gained extensive knowledge on different business women support initiatives delivered by the national authorities, female support organizations, and business support organizations.

All partners visited an example for successful business woman: “Viorica Cosmetics” which is founded in1989 and is still positioning as the largest cosmetics and perfumery producer in Moldova. They shared experience on how they managed to overcome different challenges.

                                                                                   

Next learning event will be held in Sarvar, Hungary in March 2019 where Hungarian and Bulgarian good practicies for young women entrepreneurship support will be presented.
