The event brought together representatives of local authorities, the Ministry of Economy and Industry, business organizations, experts in sustainable business development, marketing, and finance, as well as representatives of an Business Angels' club, with the aim of presenting the Bulgarian finalists of the Innovation Contest and supporting the development of their ideas.

Shen Bulgaria develops, sells, and distributes natural chewing gum made from natural ingredients and offered in biodegradable packaging. The company aims to provide a healthy alternative to conventional chewing gum and to promote sustainable consumption.

Currently, it is developing an innovative functional chewing gum with probiotics, designed for people with sensitive gums and tooth enamel. The main customers are young mothers and individuals seeking natural and healthy products.

During the second part of the event, participants — representatives of institutions, businesses, and the expert community — together with the teams of the two companies, identified the top three challenges each of them faces and proposed solutions for overcoming them.

In the coming months, within the framework of project WE.Circular, SizeSense and Shen Bulgaria will work individually with selected experts to improve their business models, achieve effective market positioning, and enhance their resilience and competitiveness.
