The winners of the Business Ideas Competition, which took place on 05th August 2023 within the framework of the Start2Up project, financed by the "Trust for a Social Alternative" Foundation, are announced.

 

The expert jury with members Ivelin Ivanov (managing owner of Wollow), Assoc. Ph.D. dean of the Faculty of "International Economics and Administration" of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar") and Lucy Georgieva (coordinator of the "Employment and Entrepreneurship" program at the "Trust for a Social Alternative" Foundation)) evaluated the presentation of 13 business ideas and selectes the following participants for the awards:

First place and a cash prize of BGN 2,500 was won by Ivan Mihailov - shop for handmade souvenirs - Mihailov Art;

Second place and a cash prize of BGN 1,500 was won by Nikolay Nikolaev - "Help and Win" project

Third place and a cash prize of BGN 1000 was won by Galya Georgieva - HerLife App - a mobile application for online consultations and advice.

 

All participants in the competition received incentive awards for their efforts.
