The programme is looking for 10 women entrepreneurs who want to develop their ideas, receive support from mentors and experts, and become part of an international community promoting women’s entrepreneurship in the agrifood sector.

What EWA Bulgaria 2026 offers?

The participants in the programme will get:

• individual mentorship;
• specialised training;
• access to community and networking;
• financial support;
• opportunities for prizes of up to 10 000 euro;
• support for the development of an idea or business at an early stage.

The programme is suitable for women with ideas in the areas of food, agriculture, sustainability, production, technology, new products, services, and innovation in the agrifood sector.

You do not need to have a finished product or a fully developed business. What matters is having an idea, the motivation, and the willingness to develop it further.

Over the past few years, EWA Bulgaria has supported women with diverse ideas, experience, and projects – from sustainable products and beekeeping to plant-based beverages, corporate responsibility, and solutions for more sustainable agriculture.

Ivelina Lyubomirova – „Gram za Кilogram“

Ivelina Lyubomirova is the winner of EWA Bulgaria 2024 and the founder of “Gram za Kilogram” – a purpose-driven business focused on producing clean and healthy food. The project’s mission addresses one of today’s most important issues – making informed choices about quality food and taking care of our health.

 










Iva Kalinova – Wholenest

Iva Kalinova is an award-winning participant in EWA Bulgaria 2024 and the founder of Wholenest® – a brand of natural plant-based beverages. The products are made without unnecessary additives, using cold processing, a high proportion of natural ingredients, and activated nuts and seeds.

Wholenest develops clean-label products with a mission to promote better health, support local organic farming, and create a positive environmental impact.

Teodora Grigorova – The Good Club

Teodora Grigorova is a participant in EWA Bulgaria 2024 and the founder of The Good Club – a platform that helps companies engage their employees in meaningful initiatives, offer sustainable products, and measure the real social and environmental impact of their actions.

The Good Club connects businesses, people, and responsible local producers, turning corporate social responsibility into practical solutions that create added value.

Antoniya Georgieva – Biogaria

Antoniya Georgieva is the winner of EWA Bulgaria 2022 and the creator of Biogaria – an idea focused on developing an organic seaweed-based fertiliser to support soil fertility, plant health, and more sustainable agriculture.

The idea addresses a real challenge in agriculture – declining soil fertility and the need for more environmentally friendly alternatives to mineral fertilisers. Seaweed can be used as an organic fertiliser and soil improver, with the potential to benefit plants, soil, and the environment. 

Stefka Malcheva – „The house of bees“

Stefka Malcheva is winner in  EWA Bulgaria 2022 and founder of the „The house of bees“.

In EWA Stefka builds up upon her experience in beekeeping with an idea for a product with added value  — „The sweets of Dr. Oi“, made of more than  90% bee honey and without thermal threatment above 40°C.
