In the period September 14 - 15, 2023, an initial partner meeting was held under the Ecosys4you project - Engaging Entrepreneurial Ecosystems for the youth, financed under HORIZON-EIE-2022-SCALEUP-01. The event is hosted by the Institute for Work and Technology of the Westfälische Hochschule Gelsenkirchen.

 

The focus of the meeting was on familiarizing the participants with the developed analyzes of the entrepreneurial ecosystems in the Northern Ruhr region, Slovenia and the Varna region. Approaches and methodologies were discussed to develop a two-year cross-ecosystem program for young people with a passion for entrepreneurship, giving the opportunity to engage in the following activities, benefiting from the expertise of the three systems:

- training in joint classes;

- mentoring;

- hackathons to solve real business challenges;

- internships in technological companies in Germany and Bulgaria.
