From Idea to Growth: RAPIV Organises a Train-the-Trainer Session under the IMPACTA Project On 23 September 2026, from 14:00 to 16:00, the Regional Agency for Entrepreneurship and Innovations – Varna (RAPIV) will organise the online training for trainers “From Idea to Growth: Supporting Women at Every Stage of Business Development” within the framework of the IMPACTA project.
The training is aimed at trainers, mentors, business consultants, experts, and representatives of organisations that work or are interested in working with women entrepreneurs and women with the potential to start and develop their own businesses.
The main focus will be on different approaches to support depending on the stage of development of the business idea or business – from the initial idea and preparation for starting a business, through structuring and validating the business concept, to the development and growth of an existing business.
During the training, participants will explore practical approaches to assessing individual needs and entrepreneurial readiness, selecting the most appropriate form of support – training, individual counselling, mentoring, or specialised expertise – and adapting support to different profiles and specific challenges.
The training will also present materials and methodologies developed within the IMPACTA project, which participants will be able to use and adapt in their future work. There will also be an opportunity to exchange practical experience and discuss situations encountered when working with women at different stages of their entrepreneurial journey.
Participation in the training can also be a first step towards more active involvement in the project’s follow-up activities. Depending on the needs identified during the pilot implementation of the developed approaches, some participants with relevant experience and expertise may be invited to contribute as trainers on specific topics.
