Representatives of RAPIV  participated in the  3rd thematic seminar and workshop "Preparatory actions to reduce uncertainty and expand the knowledge base in adaptation to a changing climate", project No 0192R1  REGIOCLIMA, INTERREG IVC , which was held between  10th and 12th May 2010 in Tallinn, Estonia.
	On a meeting held on 22nd April 2010, the Expert Council at High-Technology Business Incubator within RAPIV admitted for incubation "H Centric Systems" with project "Creation of an enhanced plaform for Internet Programming".
	Coordination meeting was held on 15th April 2010 in Genoa, Italy on project L84/2001 ICE 061966. Opportunities are discussed for effective cooperation between Bulgarian and Italian companies. All companies, willing to start joint activity with Italian partner may register at www.buroliguria.org.
	International seminar "European opportunities for SMEs" was held  on 30th March 2010 in hotel "Aqua" - Varna. Guest lecturer  is Mr. Hilary Oakley, Exemplas, UK.  Presentations and programme of the seminar are found in section Publications.
